We have never sold any data concerning any of our users or any of our website visitors to a third party.

AXEL remains committed to protecting data concerning our users, including any user data shared with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information AXEL tracks concerning the users of its applications and the visitors to its websites.

AXEL may use this data to track data about visits to its website, including the number of visitors and visits, geographical location data, the length of time spent on the website, the pages clicked on, and where visitors came from.

The purpose of this data collection is to communicate with visitors and to improve AXEL’s websites by analyzing how visitors navigate them.

In addition to through its websites, AXEL may collect and use your personal data through interactions with AXEL on social media, or when you contact us offline, for example, by mail, email, telephone, telegram, or other electronic methods. AXEL may monitor and record such communications.

AXEL also collects data concerning the users of its applications. For example, any information that you may provide to create an AXEL account (such as an email address), will be retained by AXEL. AXEL also collects IP addresses, and the activities of its users, both on an individual and aggregate level. For example, AXEL may monitor and collect how often a user uses an AXEL platform and what activities the user engages in on an AXEL platform. With respect to IP addresses, such collection is in part to assist with the authentication of users.

AXEL may also collect data by requesting that you input it. For example, AXEL may ask you to provide your name and/or email address. If AXEL asks that you fill in a form, then the information you fill in will be collected. The purpose of this data collection is to communicate with the individual that provides the information.

If you are asked by AXEL to complete an AML/KYC process, for example, as part of an AXEL promotion, then AXEL may provide certain information to a third-party AML/KYC vendor in order to identify those individuals that are to complete the process. AXEL will not receive the information that you provide to any AML/KYC vendor, other than information sufficient to identify the status of the AML/KYC process for those users that have commenced the process and whether they have passed AML/KYC. Please note that an AML/KYC vendor will have its own privacy policy. For example, one vendor that AXEL uses, KABN, has a privacy policy posted on its own website kabn.network.

AXEL does not share any personal data concerning the users of its websites or applications with anyone. AXEL may share aggregated information concerning the number of visitors to its site, their usage of the website, and their geographical location with third parties.

AXEL may also disclose information in its possession to third parties to assist it with promotion, such as promotion of additional AXEL products, services, and features to existing AXEL users. In this instance, AXEL will work to ensure that any third party to whom information is disclosed does have access to or store more information than necessary to complete their work for AXEL, and that information stored is kept confidential and stored securely.
