Any user of AXEL who violates any portion of AXEL’s Terms and Policies results in all AXEL guarantees and any other AXEL offers to be void. AXEL does not have any financial responsibility in instances in which the user violates any portion of the Terms and Policies or the underlying sections.
AXEL has the right to end any guarantee or offer or any promotion at any time by notification in the Terms and Policies.
Failure by user to notify AXEL Go at notice@axelgo.app within 30 days of the filed dated of petition or other initiation of a lawsuit filed against user voids AXEL guarantee or any other potential or alleged AXEL liability.
